Prince of Persia

Okay guys, I need some suggestions. Today I was at Wally World (Walmart's nickname. My wife used to work there) and was cruising through the game section, when I saw Prince of Persia. It was marked down to $17, and they had almost 50 in stock. I didn't buy it today, but I am thinking of going down this next Sunday and picking it up.
Here's the big question though: Is it worth it?? The cover art seems cool, but after buying Ys:The Ark of Napishtim because the artwork was cool, and being a bit dissapointed, I wanted some input before buying it.
Next big question: why or why isn't it worth it??
 
I have Prince of Persia for Xbox. It's a fantastic game. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay and puzzles are almost perfect. It's definitly the game for you if your looking for a challenge.
 
Cool. I'm gonna check with one place in town that I usually get my games from to see if they have it cheaper. But I'm willing to bet they won't. Or I'll have to check out EB Games. I just had a bad experience with them once over my PS2. They tried to railroad me into buying their warranty. I didn't have enough cash with me, so I declined. And the salesman proceeded to say that the PS2 and Xbox were "junk" and it will burn out in six months.
 
i think that prince of perisa is a good game, the ending was cool but i was a bit pissed off that after u finish it u can't keep playing it like other games!

And I noticed the other day that Prince of Persia is a series. I guess I emant the newest one, being that's the one I saw. I haven't got it yet. I was thinking of having my brother buy it for me being that he has never paid me for rebuilding the engine in his car. I'll tell him, "Your soul or the Prince of Persia game." :D
 
Prince of Persia is an awesome game for puzzles! I never got to play it to the end but what I did play was awesome

So....did you ever get it? I might get this tomorrow....not positive on it yet.
 
Prince of Persia Sands of Time is an AWESOME game! You should really get it!

its my favorite ps2 game

get the third one as well

if you insist on getting the whole series, be wary of the second one, because.....well, to be honest, it blows

first one and third one are both amazing games

Heh. I forgot about this thread. I didn't buy it for the PS2 because I purchased Warrior Within for my Cube.
