ps2 help

Ok, here is what i have... Two ps2's, no broadband connection and a lan party router. Is there any way that i can hook them together and play? I have cat five cable that runs between them and the router but i can"t find any games that i can link up like that! Is there a way i can make my own lan? thanks for any help!
 
well... I take it your Ps2's have the network connector right? Ie the 56K and LAN connections?

the new slimline has it built it... the old Ps2 you have to buy it seperately.

BUT... I see your problem... games that support lan play versus strictly online play... I am not sure on this one....
I hope someone can help you out here as I am familiar with ps2 games, but not their online functionality.... I have not messed with that yet.

I have done ALOT of searching and finally found it. Here is a site that tells you step by step how to do it and a list of games that they have tried that worked. i myself have only tried socom II and it works great. I too have only dial-up and split scren games just aren't what they used to be. http://homepage.mac.com/ancient_elements/Personal31.html

Thats very cool link there...I only have 56k too, I might have to try that out with my little bro.
