Just wondering how many people here can speak more than one language. A friend told me that the majority of the world's population is actually bilingual. I'm currently taking some Japanese courses, and so far the experience has been really challenging, but also really rewarding. If you do know more than one, or you're learning another, what languages do you know/are you learning, and how hard/easy is it for you?
 
Currently English and Spanish. It's funny that English is technically my second language but it's the one that I speak and write the best. I would get D's in my Spanish classes. :lol

Planning to learn Japanese and French.
 
English and Japanese mainly... I learned French in HS but barely remember any of it, and I know some basic Spanish stuff.
 
i am currently bilingual (obviously) English and Spanish but i am learning ASL (American Sign Language) and i am very good at it :D, i tried to get into German but no success (not a fun language) and i am also very interested in learning Japanese
