That's pretty crazy ... the system can be installed in many different guitars... and it auto adjusts your strings to the right tuning.... that is pretty cool (IMO)! But of course.... everything cool comes at a price.... $3,399.

Since when does something cool not come with a higher price tag? There are only a few things I can think of.

Cool, I guess. Like GW said. What's the point?? Tuning a guitar forces a player to get more fimiliar with his instrument.

Oh well. The lead guitarist busted a string at church this morning. :)

I could see it in an on stage setting with different temperatures.... guitars tend to adjust to temperatures and all... it would help for that on stage application.

But you're right... it is worthless in a personal setting.... I just thought it was cool :lol

I could use one of these. When it comes to tuning my guitar, well, lets just say it doesn't do the guitar any good. That doen'y mean that my guitar gets broken or anything. This device could be really useful. But I don't think I'll waste my money on something like that when I could buy something that I really need.
