How about Nintendolphins? You can teach them tricks, and you could toss them fish, and hold hoops for them to jump through. And make squeaky sounds at them. You could have beach balls, and life preservers, and just general poolside things to play with.

The top screen could be above the water, for when they jump out and do aerial tricks. And when they dive down, the bottom screen could be an underwater camera so you could watch them swim.

I'm only half serious here, but as i type this, i do kind of like the bottom screen underwater idea.
 
Actually I kind of like that idea. You could also have orcas. It could be "Shamu & Friends" and you could choose whether to train orcas, dolphins, or seals. But instead of just training one, you could train a team (because in most cases, when you see a show like that at Sea World or wherever, there's more than one animal).

Or have one with a circus, where you train circus animals like tigers and elephants. :D
