Skate. Demo up!

Yeah, but Hines was going to like it none the less...he hyped it up so much for himself that he just had to like it. I don't like having to spend half an hour perfecting an ollie off of a ramp.
 
Yes Tony Hawk vs Skate is debatable but the reviewers will sort this out when it comes out as well as the public.
 
I played it at a friends house earlier today and was amazed over it. Skate really is going to be enjoyable by the critics and public.

"get the kid in the gurney to tony hawk in time"

or

"save the monkey from the fire by grinding the sprinklers"

or

"grind for more than 1 minute to upgrade your stats"

skateboarding is about the only sport you can truly innovate in

and skate. lets you do that

in the real world

one person sees a bench

another person sees a great spot to skate

one person sees a broken down rusted truck, and sees garbage

and a skater sees something that he can express himself on

lets see you do that in football, or basketball
 
That....didn't change my opinion at all :lol

And yes...I would rather do the over the top non-realistic stuff in Tony Hawk. That's what makes it such a fun game. It's not too serious...it's quirky and fun. 8)

skate is for actual skating enthusiasts

and

tony hawk is for those who just want to have an over-the-top experience
