This may seem like a silly question, but do you know if SVC Chaos has Chun Li in it?

I was playing an SNK vs. Capcom at the arcade last night and was surprised that Chun Li wasn't one of the characters I could pick. I might have just missed something though, but it seemed like there was only 10 characters to choose from and Chun Li wasn't one of them.
 
10 characters?

CVS Chaos is supposed to have 24 selectable (at least .... I thought) and chun-li is one of them :)

After the way SNK USA Consumer treated me, I will not buy from them or win from them.
