So many games to choose from. Which should I get?

I am thinking about getting a DS Lite, but there are so many games I want, I don't know what to get. I don't want to spend more than like 70 dollars on games and I want to get good games for like 20 or 30 dollars each.
I'm also thinking of trading in my PSP. Anyone know how much one would go for?

definitly trade in the psp, its lame.

buy meteos, i love it, as you probably already know.
Actually I didn't know. Do you know how much Meteoes costs now and where (besides amazon, ebay and sites like that) I can get it?

You can order from the EB Games website, that's always a safe bet. But trading in the PSP is entirely up to you. If you want fun games, DS is the way to go. Especially since you will soon be able to browse the Internet in your DS. As far as functionality though, I think PSP might be a bit ahead with the music and the movies and such. I personally choose DS over PSP though. But if you do want the DS then some good games would be Metroid Prime Hunters, Mario Kart, New Super Mario Bros, and Electroplankton. All great games.

its not on www.ebgames.com

Trade in value right now on the PSP is actually pretty decent: $80 store credit. It used to be $60.

Um...DS games I recommend?

Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
Hotel Dusk Room 215
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime

Did you trade the PSP at gamestop? Because if it trades at $80 dollars I can basically get a $50 DS lite.

Well I haven't traded a PSP lately but I work at GameStop so I have to know the trade-in values for when customers ask. ^_^

Well then what's the trade-in value of a PSP?

Go back and read the thread. I posted the trade-in value in my first post.

iPod has the music covered, and no one likes $50 movies that you can't watch the whole thing without charging.

PSP was so concentrated on graphics, they didn't realize that the buttons were crap, and that no good games were out.

That's true. I prefer my iPod over a PSP anyday and my DVD player over a PSP anyday. I'm just saying that it's convenient to be all in one system. Never said it was good. I was listing features for the PSP. Nintendo DS pwns.

Yeah, I played the PSP once. GTA Liberty City stories on my friends PSP. Playing a handheld should not feel like your thumb's about to fall off from using that crappy excuse for an analouge pad, but that was the case here.
