i believe is because square-enix doesn't like neither XBLA nor the VC nor the PSN, very few games are on these...and if they are not in neither of these 3 then they are released on handhelds

Well I have never been a FF fan but is this really that big of a deal? It is bringing out alot of passion in everyone on this topic!
The only thing that effects me from this news is that Microsoft has put up probably some big money to get a Sony game onto their system, Sony needs to start shelling out some money to make sure their exclusives stay exclusive.

The only thing I can think of that would hurt Sony more is if every PS3 suddenly exploded. And it's not just FFXIII, Square's slowly drifting away from them, and that's their biggest third party support.Strubes said:
lol. Yeah, who cares about games like LittleBigPlanet, God of War 3, MAG, Disgaea 3, Killzone 2, Resistance 2, and the such. Granted some of those titles are better than others. Square Enix will never leave Sony because they love the install base in Japan anyway, thus this argument is null and void. I, like many others are more looking forward to FFVersus anyway.
