Look in the yard where the boo's are at. There should be a rabbit above the door you came in and he should have the key. I think. :-\

its been awhile since Ive played this but this should help alittle
1) go to the Boo gardens
2) find the Boo with the Haunted house cage, jump in
3) enter the house
4) Jump up to the 2nd story
5) complete a platforming level
6) follow Boo's laughter
7) boss
thats what I remember anyways
