the best RPG for xbox

PoP: Warrior Within is pretty decent. i've only beaten the first 5 levels or so, but it's a pretty solid RPG with some cool animations. Also, Fable was excellent... pretty short though, I sucked the content dry and it took me... probably about 5 or 6 hours to beat it. You can always max out your character after that, my Time Played clock is at about 12 hours now.
yeah,, i would have to suggest fable.. i beat it within like 10 hours though.. too short.. but sooo good. if it was longer i think it would have beat out ffx

RPGs are few and far between for the X-Box. If your looking for more of a story based one, like FF, your out of luck. I can not think of one single RPG like that for X-Box. What your going to have to go for is more of the free roaming, stat bullding types. Morrowind is the best out there, and really one of the best games X-Box has. Also it's uber cheap, so pick this one up without fear. Most people tend to enjoy Fable, so grab that one I suppose.
Ah, but let us not forget Knights Of The Old Rebublic. KOTOR is a great mix of stat, story, and chossing what you want to do with your guy. But it's linear as hell.
And if you want, count Shenmue II as an RPG, it's great, and has an amazing story. But it's more of an adventure game.

Well, from personal experience, I can assert that KOTOR 1, Fable, and Morrowind are great. Morrowing definitely has the best value as far as length goes, but you might have more fun with Fable or KOTOR.
I would reccommend Fable and Jade Empire. These are two stunning Role Playing games. Also, Marvel Legends 2 is very impressive as well.
