The curse of the video game tunes?

All You bases are belong to us.
I can be working, watching a movie, getting ready to go to sleep, etc, and all of a sudden one of many video game tunes will pop into my head and loop. It will continuously play looping itself. Sometimes it can almost drive me crazy. Not that I dislike the tunes, its just weird. Sometimes it can get annoying. It can be months, on longer, since I've played the game. It doesn't matter, the tune is in my head forever. Or so it seems.

My top in-my-head looping tunes are,
1.The tune from Super Mario Bros. 3 game map screen. Its the screen with the cactus dancing before you go into a level.
2.The Donkey Kong Country theme.
3.Bubble Bobble
4.Tunes from Bonk's Revenge

Usually whenever one begins in my head and my daughter is near by I begin to hum it. She has the problem too. She usually says, “No don't do this to me, hush. Be quite.” :lol

Does anyone else have this problem?
If so, then what tunes seem to haunt you?
 
yes i get the same problem xD

1. almost any super mario galaxy theme.
2. the legend of zelda link's awakening overworld theme
3. final fantasy fanfare
4. metroid prime 1 main theme
5. final destination brawl theme

and a whole lot more

I also start reciting some scenes from games out of nowhere too.
 
For me it's definitely the music that plays when you are in "Gerudo Valley" in "Zelda:Ocarina Of Time/Master Quest"
 
yeah.. i get it. not so much anymore, but I used to always.

back then it was
1. Theme from Perfect Dark (ah the imagination went far with this in my noggin')
2. James Bond: Goldeneye
3. Super Mario kart main theme
4. Dynasty Warriors 5, Lu Bu Theme Song (this only lasted a bit)
5. Pokemon (ARGH!!!!! so annoying. It went almost as soon as I took the game back to the renting store luckily)
 
Most things Zelda and on one very strange case, a massive OD of Phoenix Wright hallucinations(there were made up cases going through my head and at any single moment, I'd be thinking something related to Phoenix Wright, stuff like that).
