Dusting off this dead thread for the DEAD RISE TODAY!!!

I finally got this game and it's as hardcore and SUPER cheesy as the GRINDHOUSE movies "Planet Terror" and "DEATH PROOF".

It captures the sex, the violence, the strong language, the heavy guitar riffs, and cheesy dialogue to a TEASE! It tickles me pink as a fan of B-Movies :D

Graphically? One of the best looking Wii games out there! Even uses the the filter to make it feel like a GRINDHOUSE movie too!

ACTION Galore! Sweet buy for $29.99 these days, but STRONG WARNING ON THE LANGUAGE for you younger members out there! You think I'm kidding, but every sentence Mr. Washington says, begins with MF or ends with MF.

I LOVE THIS GAME! No silly controls or anything! Shake the WiiMote to reload, point, shoot, and REPEAT!

The narrator you gotta LOVE!

"THIS WAS A NIGHT THEY WILL REMEMBER! PAPA'S PALACE OF PAIN!! RATED X!" *heavy guitar riff* :D
 
I loved house of the dead: overkill i brought it when it came out but only really finished it not so long ago. I thought it was brilliant =)

It had the most disturbing ending tho, just the thought of it creeps me out

I concur! The ending was a screwed up tribute to the cult classic, "Dead Alive!"
