Hey,
Does anybody know anything about this game? The only thing I know so far is that it's being done by the makers of the Oracle of ages/seasons games.....
Yeah, I got to play a demo of Minish Cap at E3. It introduces new gameplay elements but you can still tell it's Zelda. One of the cooler new things is that the hat Link is wearing can make Link shrink. All those screens you might have seen where Link is facing off with a giant green Chu is really a pic of Link fighting a regular Chu, it's just that he's been shrunk, so the Chu looks really huge.
I'm really psyched for Minish Cap. I think it's going to be awesome.
Hey,
Oh great, that sounds fun. I have been waiting for a new Zelda actually designed for the power of the GBA, Now I have something to make me excited that I bought an SP!!
P.S This is a dumb question I know, but can just anybody go to E3? I always though it was just for like people on the "inside"? Cause I would really love to go sometime...
You have to be in the industry or in the media to get in. But if you work at any place that sells video games, that qualifies you. BV, for example, could go to E3 if he wanted to, and for free, even. I was able to go because I work at GameStop.
IGN posted some new stuff about Minish Cap recently. Here's a link

I can't wait for this game! It was so much fun at E3 and the full version will be even better. Are you taking pre-orders yet BV or is it still too early?
I'm excited for this game, but the only thing that bothers me is that it's from Capcom. I have no problem with Capcom, but the Oracale of seasons/ages games they did just didn't feel like a Zelda game to me. However, this game looks pretty inventive.

Minish Cap was fun and all but when I finish a Zelda game in less than 6 months you know there's something wrong. I never really got stuck at all and I'm famous for resorting to player guides and Nintendo's tip line. Maybe I'm just a genius! 8)
I don't think so. I think minish cap is jusssst right some of the puzzles are a little difficult to figure out, but zelda's not supposed to be an impossble to beat game. So it's nice.
I love zelda. I think the games are great. I agree that they arent meant to be impossible for people. I loved Link to the past. That was one of my favorite GB games ever.
Greatest 2D Zelda ever. From its perfection of the already great Wind Waker(removing tedious sailing and crappy final boss), to the awesomeness of Ezlo.
