This is my favorite forum on the Citadel.
This series is so full of win. I'm on episode 9 at the moment. I love this sooo much! I borrowed all the dubbed DVDs from my girlfriend (because she's awesome like that) and I've been watching this non stop. This series is so crazy. I do feel bad for Kyon to get caught up in these situations. XD

well obviously it is an Amazing series, it has a worldwide fanclub known as Haruhists xD.... the dub is really great and i actually prefer it from the japanese.... if you liked the series i recommend you read the novel, it is really good (it will be released soon in America but if you can't wait http://www.baka-tsuki.net/project/index.php?title=Suzumiya_Haruhi)

my favorite character of the series is obviously Yuki... she is amazing XD name any videogame/anime character and Yuki can beat it in 2 seconds or less.

my favorite episodes is The melancholy of haruhi suzumiya part 6 and day of saggitarius

PS- currently i can dance half of the hare hare yukai
 
I'm on episode... i think 8 or 9? I don't remember I'd have to look at them. XD Really great show though, my favorite episode so far is Episode 6.
 
10 was sooo full of win with the Phoenix Wright parody. OMG, that was so funny. XD

13 (with the episode 00 being a must watch xD) but honestly the last episode doesn't count in my mind


a company is making THE DISAPPEARANCE OF HARUHI SUZUMIYA in anime... the release date has not been stated though
 
The disappearance of Suzumiya? What's that about?

I'm so impressed with myself! Started on episode 3 this afternoon and I'm at 13 now! I'm so happy! :D

one normal winter day kyon wakes up and goes to school like usual and finds out that Haruhi disappeared, Koizumi's class was removed from the school grounds, Mikuru doesn't recognize him, Yuki....has.....feelings (the most shocking thing) and that Asakura is back but as a regular high school student... Kyon must figure out what happened to his crazy but lovely world and figure out a way to put things back to normal....or to abnormal (all this without the help of anyone)

i read the entire novel in a day, it is one of my favorite volumes :D
 
That sounds good. I just finished this series. Now I feel all cold and sad inside, :(

remember to check the timeline, i prefer the chronological order over the publishing order xD
 
What do you mean by that?

My friend and I were talking about this series at lunch. Yeah, he can do the dance too....*sigh* I need to learn it soon.

the novels (like the narnia ones) have a publishing order and a chronological order....

the publishing order goes through volumes 1 through 9 however the series has a chronological order that you might want to try out... on the website i gave you there is a link to the timeline of the series, that way you will be able to read the chapters in order and will avoid confusion most of the time.

IT IS =D and they are staying true to the novel this time (hopefully no more random episodes like the last one from last season)
 
I've been reading the novels and I'm only half through the second volume but I like it! Good way to pass time and enjoyable. :D

of course, i can't wait for the next novels to come out as well... and i wonder when the 10th one will be released in japan
 
Have you guys been watching the second season? It is quite annoying that the Endless Summer chapter has been repeating their episodes over and over again. Im now on episode 8 and it still continues. I found out that this is happening because its on the novel....but i still cant figure out what Kyon has to do.

Well at least episode 9 will be the ending to that chapter....right?
