Hah, the same day the game comes out. It'd be better marketing for it if it came out a week or two before. Day 1 sales can be a bigger factor to the overall success of a game then most people think.

I know, right? I don't always wanna pay an extra $10-$20 for some figure and art book, ya know?

maybe they think people will love the demo so much that they will run to buy it the next day..

and i see no problem with having a collector's edition... i mean is not like you MUST BUY THE COLLECTOR'S EDITION BECAUSE YOU ARE COMMANDED TO DO IT :lol it's nice to have an OPTION.... but oh well maybe next time.

Exactly, we're not saying there's a problem with it. I'm just glad that some developers don't always use the OPTION of putting out a collector's edition. :)
 
Not watching..lol. I don't wanna relive the opening when I start my game. :lol

I did pick up my demo voucher today however. :)

well this one will obviously be more famous than the first (though i liked the first killzone)
 
I think its about time this topic got bumped.

It seems like Killzone 2 is getting stellar reviews across the board, but Tom Chick has a few concerns with the game.

Has anyone played the demo? Any observations on the game thus far?
 
A few concerns? That might be an understatement. :lol

This game is seriously looking alot better everytime I see something about it.

Yeah, cept Tom Chick is a terrible reviewer who reviews games for a site powered by the SCI-FI channel. That tells you something right there. :lol
