My wife went on some ratings site and compared the iPod Shuffle with the Philips GoGear, and the GoGear got higher ratings with durability and overall ease of use. I charged it up, filled it up with like 200 songs and tested it out. The only thing I would change about it is the headphone jack. Instead of a straight-out pig tail, I would have used an L shaped plug. But that's just me. It also came in black. Don't know why, but electronics to me look the best in black.

Is that a single shot 12 gauge on the left in the picture? If so, that thing must kick pretty good, 'cause those single shots are pretty light {at least the ones I've shot and owned}. I used to hunt grouse with a single shot 20 gauge and that sucker hurt my shoulder, but then again I was a lot younger and smaller. I use a 12 gauge pump now for grousin'.
 
Jus opened up the gifts from the family a little bit ago.

A key-chain that says "bro" from my 8 year old sister

Oh oh and this really cool cross necklace my gma got for me. It's magnetic and it helps relax the neck. It's really awesome.

I know how you felt. I recently bought a nice pillow and it's awesome.

As for what I got for Christmas. I got a new eMachines PC. It's nothing special, but I've already ordered a new PSU and Video Card to spruce it up. Turning it into a nice multimedia machine and stream to my TV.
 
I got a hoodie, socks, We All Scream For Ice Cream (a movie), Shadow of Rome, and Devil May Cry from my Mom. Like $50 from my Dad. Chappelle's Show Lost Episodes from one of my sisters. $20 gift card to best buy from my other sister. Some scratch off lotto tickets from my brother. $100 from my Grandparents. That's about it. Oh and $20 best buy gift card from my best friend. So I think I'm going to go to best buy soon and get a DS game with the $40 total. Any Suggestions?
 
I was thinking either Sonic Chronicles or Guitar Hero. Those two sound interesting too cause I was actually thinking of checking out Chrono Trigger and I heard new super mario bros was good.

Space Invaders Extreme ( totally addicted, I'll have to go to some kind of help and support group now. The rumble pack just helps this game to rock)
Nanostray 2 ( my kind of blasting, a worthy sequel )

For PS2=
Shining Force EXA (my first exposure to the series and it looks like a winner)
SNK Arcade Classics vol. 1 (yes! I am a SNK fan!)

Chocolate in various forms ( but only for medicinal purposes, I treat myself daily for the addiction)

C-3PO Galactic Heroes Figure ( It will go nicely with my other figures on my desk next to my monitor :D ) Now I need R2-D2! I have the 12" C-3PO with matching R2-D2 on my dresser in the bedroom. :)

I had a good Christmas. My Dad is having a very late Christmas with me when he's back off deployment (again...*grumble*) And I still have to go trade stuff with friends since I was at Disney World for Christmas. :p
 
My mother-in-law gave my wife and I $550. We're going to send it off to the mortgage company though for cheap insurance. It's always good to stay ahead of house payments, especially when the economy is not that great in the housing market.

My MP3 player is going strong too. Been playing with it today.
