I have updated the rules... please see the areas that state (UPDATE):
Not much was added... only 2 items, but I just wanted to get everyone on the same page.

Not much is changing..... the ways of the board will be the same as they were and just as fun. WE added one new rule about derailing topics. Just to explain... we don't mind some derailing in general discussion.. I know that happens. But in the main topics in the specific gaming sections... we are trying to keep most topics on spot.

Also, there was a mentioning of the Fun and GAme section. We do not care that you use it... we just ask that you all please help out here and there in responding to posts in other sections as well if you use the Fun and Game sections mostly. That's all we're trying to say.... just help out the other discusssions here and there.

Not much is changing as I stated, but these subtle changes are to try to keep the content rich, on topic, and easy to find.. and to get more activity over all of the board.

Exactly why we came up with this rule. GD topics are allowed a few derailments. But actual video game topics are kept to strictly that topic's discussion.
 
Well that's real good then...now the topic's aren't gonna go from an upcoming PS2 release to arguments over the PS2 and Gamecube's potential n such.
 
hey.. I derail as well :lol but the rules are for the best interest in the board.

Lets not see a decrease in activity though! :D
