Maybe his definition of crazy means permenant or long term, not just outbursts.

Disorders can be acute (temporary) or chronic with acute exacerbation (long term mild with severe episodes).

Most conditions aren't considered a disorder until they cause someone to be gravely disabled or causes the risk of harm to self or others.

On topic: Truly a sickening story... that woman needs help. And I can't believe they gave her bail... I'd think she'd get denied that. Killing four people should merit it. :(
