To Me,It's Just Coincidence....Or Is It? (WARNING:Delicate Topic)

Hi People!

I haven't got one racist bone in my body.All of you that have read my posts already know that topics I bring up are quite often,Off the wall and unpredictable,but certainly not evil.This is why I feel confident in posting this observation with you esteemed game junkies.

I'm not trying to sound like Archie Bunker,but when I am watching TV,or reading a magazine,I notice that in several areas whether it be movies,business,games like chess,or financial types of things,I notice that Jewish people seem to excell in a great deal of these kinds of things in life.

In my heart,I believe it's just coincidence,Is it just me,or do any of you feel the same way?Once again,especially those of you of the Jewish faith,I don't mean to come across as being prejudice,it's just something I happen to notice from time to time.

Hehe, well, in the internet world a "troll" is somebody who posts a lot of controversial topics simply to stir stuff up. I don't truly think you are one, but sometimes your topics might be perceived as such. It was just a joke and I didn't mean to offend you, just having some fun with you man :D

I just learned something from you today.Now if I'm on some other forum in the future and someone else calls me that,I'll know what he or she means.I wish I was as cute as that troll doll,I'd probably have more women to date. :lol
 
It's just a coincidence.

Usually people who are racist like to preface with "I'm not racist but..." right before they make some racist remark...I would be careful if I was you or someone might take it that way.

General discussion is well and good, but the primary purpose of this forum is video games. Hence, Game Addicts Video Game Forums. You might consider actually posting game-related topics once in a while. I'm sure there's enough going on in the video game world that you can find something to post about.

yet to prove a point, people are so easy to judge. So we have to live in fear like that, which is just plain sad. Yet it's best to put it...it's best left to just let people do what they need to do.


Honestly Kaz....I love Jewish people. My cousin in Houston, all his friends are Jewish and they are such lovely people! About 6 years ago, when i got to visit him, he and his friends took me to the Jewish community side of Houston and MAN it was like paradise! So much food and friendly faces! I love how they stick together as a community, since they strongly believe in family values, much like the Catholic church. I wish I was Jewish! Why do they do so well? Who knows, but God love'em!
 
KAZ I'm a Jew, I'm not offended haha. I unfortunately don't excel in anything. Jewish people are usually raised by strict parents who believe strongly in education. Much like Asians including Indians (Not trying to sound racist here or anything). That's the best explanation I have, I wasn't really raised this way haha but my parents do expect me to do well of course, my mom is only Jewish not my dad. Oh and Mega you can always convert :lol!!!!!
 
PHEW!!! What a relief.Just as Mai stated,some people might take my post the wrong way.

This post of mine triggered a thought from a while ago.Nick maybe you can help me out here.Some time ago my mother went to a Farm type place where you can buy vegetables among other things,She came home with this type of bread I hadn't seen before.I broke out the Parkay and decided to have some.I can't tell you how delicious it was.It was a bread with a sweet taste,where part of it was white looking and the other kind of a dark brown.

I swear by all things holy,it was the best bread I ever had! Sadly,the place she got it at went to some new location and my mother and I didn't know where to find them.I remember her telling me that it was a Jewish type bread,but alas we never did find out what is was called.I just figured that you being Jewish might know what it's called,if not no big deal,just curious.Absolutely fantastic.

Do you want to talk about coincidence?Believe it or not,my first,second,and last initials spell JEW! :lol :lol

Actually, I've noticed most commercials have one...African-American just to safeguard against racist remarks(or something). A lot of times, though, they do stereotypical stuff, like that Ti-Vo commercial that has the black woman talking to the movie.
