Tomb Raider: Legend, how is it?

Anyone get Tomb Raider: Legend for the 360? If so, how is it? I was tempted, but want to make sure the gameplay and graphics are there.

I didn't get it... but it seems like a good majority of the initial comments are "It's good."

Reviews say it's not too bad... not perfect, but a much needed improvement.

I don't know though.... I still don't know it I trust it :lol

Yeah, I saw all the reviews and it seems it is getting a high rating, but I want to know from normal people and not game reviewers who get a cut for their ratings.

I saw the add for it the other day. I've played all Tomb Raider games so far, and this looks like another great step for Lara Croft.

Well I can't speak for the Xbox 360 version of it but my PS2 version is kewl. :D I did hear that the regular Xbox version supposedly had some glitches. Not sure what to make of that and not sure if that has also affected the 360 version of it.

Glitches hey, that better not be bad news if I get the game for Christmas with the 360 I'm planing on getting as well!
The people that make games should do complete checks of any problems before marketing. Though I guess that some glitches are individual for a single disk.

I've gotten through about 23% of the game so far, and I love it. The puzzles are really awesome. The combat got bad reviews but I actually enjoy it. Same thing with the motorcycle parts.

The one thing that might turn people off is that it is pretty short. I mean there's replay value in the different difficulty modes, unlocking all the costumes, and getting all the Achievements, but it's maybe a 6 hour game at most. Personally that's not a problem for me because I have a short attention span for games (except rpgs) and that's enough to have fun with.

Mai is right.... It's short. 7 Hours it took me and I'm bad for just walking away from the game and letting it sit for hours. It was a pretty game with some good puzzle action and that's about it. I think the only 360 game I finished faster was King Kong, which coincidentally took me as much time as it does to watch a Peter Jackson movie. Unless you're a hardcore croft-addict just rent it for the graphics and achievements buying would be a waste of money.
