Top 3 saddest/most touching video game moments? *spoilers*

stealth, those were both awesome

but about shadow of the colossus.....you really should finish the game before you make assumptions....

the horse is still alive

Hmmm, the ending of Castlevania: SOtN. When Alucard had to go, it was such a tear jerker......

But really, I've never been saddened by any moment in a game, that I can think of.

Majora's Mask
Reuniting the girl in the canyon with her father forever immortalized the song of healing. As well, watching the moon fall into Termina left you with a unique sense of hopelessness.

ZELDA DIDN'T DIE!

Yeah, she did die. She transferred all her power into Midna, essentially sucking away her own life force(due to the Triforce letting her do stuff like that), and giving it to Midna. She didn't live on in Midna, only her Triforce of Wisdom(which seemingly held her genetic code :/), and Ganondorf used his newfound power to bring her body back at the end, which was why she was so easy to possess/unconscious.

Edit: Added spoiler button.

No, she definitely didn't :lol

Yeah, ok, because I clearly don't know anything about the Zelda series.

Oh, and stealth, the game's been out for fifteen months, I don't think it still needs spoiler tags.

Hinesmdc said:
Yeah, clearly you don't. Zelda certainly doesn't die at the end of the game. :lol
I said nothing about her dying at the end of the game, I said she died when she transferred her power and Ganondorf used his power to bring her body back at the end. >_>

She did die. It's the only explanation. If she turned into pure light and went into Midna, she died.

Are you even wanting to?

Eventually, but it could be years before it happens. I think it was like two years after Wind Waker came out before I actually finished it. I'm not really upset about the spoiler, though.

Yeah, Wind Waker at least had an awesome story.

You don't know that when it happens though, so it's just as sad anyway.

No, she didn't die at all. Play the game again. ;)

i played it twice

SHE DID DIE!!!!!! SHE DIDN'T TURN INTO STONE LIKE OTHER ZELDA GAMES...SHE DIED

Likewise, I've played to that part three times. I like how you've never said what you think happened, though, Hines.
