I am willing to bet that Microsoft didn't make that. It just doesn't seem like they would take some random domain name and make it into a site bashing Sony.

Some random guy on the internet did it, that's all.

The "Shouldn't Have Kept You Waiting" website seems to be legitimate viral marketing from Microsoft. The URL was first spotted at the European launch of the 360 and was spread by this photo:
