Video Game Confessions!

You should try one; you might like it.

It's ok, people have different tastes.

Same as above.

I would have kept that a secret given all the active female members here. We all think it's cool to be women.

That reminds me, I have never played Super Mario 64 on the actual 64.

okay, so the samus thang came out wrong i meant i never thought it was a big deal one way or another. and the fact they put her in a swinsuit at the end is a bit sexist

As a hardcore CastleVania fan, the only CastleVania I cannot stand was Curse of Darkness. It was fun up until the final boss.

Don't worry that one was horrible. Any 3D Castlevania is horrible. Lament of Innocence may be the only decent one out of the 3D ones.

I secretly hate RPG's.

I hate super rare games

I'd kill to own an Orange GameCube

SMASHING PUMPKINS! WOOT!

I cannot stand the Tekken series

Yet I hate Ninja Gaiden (Xbox or PS3)

I confess, I hated Super Mario Galaxy and Mario Sunshine....Mario 64 still plays better....

FTW! FTW! FTW!

I agree with all of those.

I suppose, but at least you had to play really well to get that ending. :)

Confession: I've never gotten that ending because I'm not hardcore enough to 100% Metroid. :lol

Confession: I'm still the only dude who has finished Zelda on 2nd Quest mode.

Confession: At one time, I had every single Soul Calibur 2 figurine new in the box, except for the figure of Spawn with his mask. (Remember, EB Games had without his mask & GameStop had with his mask)

Confession: I had the Sega NetLink adapter for Sega Saturn with the keyboard and mouse...$180 waste of cash...

Confession: The Neo Geo MVS and AES caused me to go into debt. I sold them all and I'm still trying to pay off that credit card...

Confession: Resident Evil Outbreak could have been ALOT better (Communication wise and gameplay wise), but I am still fond of it. Especially the CG cutscenes are sweet and the soundtrack.

Confession: I really hate console to PC console ports, they never really improve much. Prime example, is Silent Hill 4 on PC is identical to that of the Xbox edition....and RE4 is the PS2 edition on the PC. As much power as a PC can do, wouldn't you think they could have done better??

Nope, since they would have to completely rework the graphics engine to take advantage of the PC's capabilities. It's just not smart business wise.

Exactly, but for the amount of money it takes to get the liscense to port over a console game, you'd figure they would go with the better looking version? Cube over the PS2 edition perhaps? Oh well.

It's sexist to wear a swimsuit? It's either that or a skin tight suit, seeing as the Power Suit she wears was made specially for her, so she can't exactly wear a heavy jacket.

why couldn't just show her w/ helmet off, or reference Samus as a "her" or name her something other than SAMUS

They do, you have to be a total beast to actually fairly get the swimsuit part.
or reference Samus as a "her"
Her being female is exactly why they didn't originally, it's a surprise.
or name her something other than SAMUS
Because Samus is made up, and therefore, genderfree.

SAMUS is a bit masculine a name

still think it should have just been a known fact

didn't think about the fact you gotta be a beast for the swimsuit.

Ok i finally thort of one

When i was alot younger i would never pass the first time you see the Licker in RE2 because for some odd reason it frightened me alot.

Hi All!
Much to the chagrin of my brother,I bought "Twilight Princess" and I didn't even open the package for about a month or so until I was done with "Ocarina Of Time"! :)
