Video Games Are A Waste Of Time!!

I heard testing games isn't as fun as it sounds because you purposely have to push the game to it's limits and look for bugs and glitches etc etc and that doesn't exacly sound to fun.

I would love to work in the gaming industry some way shape or form later down the track and it's probably the only thing i would be willing to study for years to get in to because i'm passionate about gaming.

I don't have any friends where i live because i don't really get along with any one around my age group in this area because they ***holes and i'm not gonna be some one i'm not just so i can say i got friends **** that. I got a job though so i'm covered there lol and my social life isn't in complete shambles either.

It's kinda funny that the person who wrote about games being a waste of time said to ask your self "does this make me a better person" but then he talks about why not read a book or watch a movie or flirt with a pretty girl and i didn't relise that stuff made you a better person ::).

I don't flirt with girls my age because half of them are probably 1.party animals 2.**** stars in the making 3.laddets or 4 all of the above.
 
I don't agree with watching a movie being a good alternative. If anything, when you're watching a movie, that's all you're doing....watching. A video game forces your brain to work and coincide with your hands in order to progress. You're using your brain when playing video games at least.
 
I concur, sometimes going to the movies is a bigger chore these days. I was trying to see Clash of the Titans on opening day, I didn't know that many school districts in the area had that Friday off. The line was about a mile and a half literally. Another reason I can't stand some movies, is because when I was living in Alaska that's all my friends would want to do since in the villages there really wasn't much else to do. It drove me insane and that's why I kept playing video games more so to get away from that.
