So what are all of the games downloadable for the virtual console?

is Banjo Kazooie *sp* a Down load?

or Banjo Tooie?

No and no, those are owned by Rare, Rare is owned by Microsoft.
 
I thought they were thinking of bringing those to the Virtual Console.

You know... even though Rare is owned by Microsoft... I believe they still brought you a couple Game Boy Advance Games (or maybe it was DS... I cannot remember the title(s) ).

Yes, because the GBA/DS is the handheld front, something they can legally do since the 360 has no handheld. The Wii and 360 are competing sort of, so Rare can make nothing for it.
