WARNING: World of Warcraft Will Dominate Your Life!

Sorry (or "sry" in WoW) I haven't posted for so long. The title of this thread explains it. Anyone who's thought about buying it and hasn't, I would defintely reccomend it. It's great to be posting again, and I still know how to use BV's smiley :hat

Well Welcome back!

I chose to play Guild Wars and I loved that game. I played 106 hours in a few days. :)

So get any new games since your last post?

:lol welcome back :)

So ... are we going to see you around again? :lol

you must have been lost in the WOW world for awhile, eh?

Bv :hat

haha, well I was on vacation, and we have a wireless network. I brought the laptop down to the pool and played. I got super tan because of it. I think it was 4-5 days I had 106 hours or 99 hours or something.

Well that makes sense then. I spend my vacations making sure my boy doesn't get stuck in elevators. I have little time to play video games even though one suit case is devoted to consoles.

Well it sounds like a lot, but in my opinion Guild Wars is an amazing game. It went by very fast. I beat the game with my warrior, and I started a new elementalist character.

It sounds like a lot because it is a lot!! 99-106 hours is four and a half consecutive days!! It must be an amazing game, because I can't even play FFX or LoD for four and a half days straight. I'd go nuts. And I'd also have to go to the bathroom somewhere in those 100+ hours!!

Well I do agree that take up tons of time to play. A game like WoW you need to play a lot to get your level up. I dont want to make a debate between the games, but in Guild Wars, you can start playing the game whenever. You dont have to worry about leveling your character to be the best because the game is based on skill not higher level. Overall I think its a good mmorpg game to play if you dont want to have to play constantly to be good at it.

Another game that I have been playing a lot is Halo. Im on the second last level of campaign. Im going to get Halo 2 once I beat the game. I was wondering why there arent bots for multiplayer. IMO that would have made the gamea perfect 10 out of 10 in my book.

I agree. These games are like crack. I know 2 people whose lives have been destroyed (or at least delayed) because of these games.

Seriously or probably even worse. Im glad I dont see the appeal.

Exactly, these kind of games are addicting to lots of people. Remember the story of the person who killed someone because he SOLD HIS WEAPON ON AN MMORPG?

I was thinking about buying Guild Wars, but at the time, WoW was the only MMORPG that looked interesting to me. And yeah, I'll be posting more. :af
