What animes are you currently watching?

Gantz has made me gag. Seriously, just from the amount of bloodshed alone. I don't know if I've gone soft or if I'm just genuinely grossed out... :-\

Toughen up girly, it's a great series. Although too short. :lol

In related news to the topic I got the 2nd volume of New Fist of The North Star so gonna watch that and the 3rd Volume today :D
 
I'll also add that I would prefer them if they had no or little profanity, as I like to watch them on my Dad's 42 inch TV in the living room, and there is usually family around. That's part of the reason I liked Avatar so much.

Does it matter if they are bloody and other non-family content? Cause Beserk wouldn't work.
 
watched the first 9 episodes of One Piece last night loving it so far but i don't remember the show having blood or swearing in it they must have censored it on tv here. Are the dvds censored or uncensored?

The DVDs are uncut and uncensored and have been redubbed by Funimation and such. You may have originally seen the 4Kids version maybe.

Chromartie High School is probably the funniest anime I've seen, go for that :D
Short series too

I'll just name what I've seen on Toonami then
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobobo
Outlaw Star
Zoids(chaotic century and New Century Zero)

And Great Teacher Onizuka, good story although the main character is a pervert so that might not be family friendly although it's really toned down from the Manga

oh and Virtua Fighter, still good even if you don't play the games :)

Go for it! Although they do cuss a little bit, it's a parody of delinquent anime so they cuss sometimes but nothing worse than an anagram for "this"

Also Getbackers. Has a chick with big chest in it so dunno how if that's a problem :lol

Don't watch as much anime as I used to but if I remember more I'll let you know :)

Well theres Beyblade, Bakugan, and a new series of Digimon just started (Digimon Xros Wars).
 
But those are within the minority. If you step back and look at every anime ever made, I'm sure the ones aimed at younger kids are far outweighed by the others.
