What game developers do you think,make the best:

"FIGHTER":

"RPG":

"FIRST PERSON SHOOTER":

"SPORTS":

"STRATEGY":

"PC":

"ACTION/ADVENTURE":

What's up with your formatting? It's all funky.

Anyway, to answer your question.

FIGHTER: Namco Bandai - They make Soul Calibur and Tekken.
FIRST PERSON SHOOTER: I haven't played enough fps to know, but my personal favorite is Bungie
RPG: Namco Bandai - The Tales series pwns.
SPORTS: Don't play sports games.
ACTION/ADVENTURE: Konami - Castlevania and MGS (although I'm not sure if MGS is in this genre)
STRATEGY: Intelligent Systems - Fire Emblem and Advance Wars

Fighter: Namco Bandai.  Soul Calibur FTW.
FPS: Valve.  Half-Life is easily the best FPS out there.
RPG: BioWare.  Even though they've been taken over by EA, they made Kotor.
Sports: Like Mai, I really don't play sports games.
Action/Adventure: I honestly don't know.  Action/adventure is just too broad of a genre for me to pick one developer.
Strategy: I'm gonna divide this into turn-based and real time.
  Turn-based: Firaxis (Civilization series).
  Real Time: Blizzard (Stracraft, Warcraft), Creative Assembly (Total War series).  Westwood would be in the running here too, if not for them being dissolved by EA.

Exactly what do you mean by PC?

Fighter: Namco Bandai
FPS: Waaaay too many for me to pick and choose which one is my favorite. But the one I follow almost religously is Bungie, but I don't think they've made the best FPS.
RPG: Square/Enix/SquareEnix/Anybody that branched off of them.
Sports: Um... *thinks* Can't think of who it is right now. (lol brainfart) But the only sports games I like is Tony Hawk skating games. :lol
Action/Adventure: Konami (And yes MGS is is a stealth action game)
Strategy: Blizzard and I personally loved the old C&C games, so I'm gonna give props to Westwood.

Fighters: Namco Bandai or Capcom. I can't decide...
FPS: Valve or Infinity Ward
RPG: Square
Sports: Techmo. Techmo Bowl anyone?
Action/Adventure: Konami or Naughty Dog
Strategy: Like Cherry I shall do the same.
Turn-based: Square (sorry, just haven't played much of these)
Real Time: Blizzard or Westwood
