Well x2 maybe I just haven't had the misfortune of meeting rabid Zelda fans but all I've really some LttP fans say is that it's the best Zelda while I've heard lots of OoT fans say that about OoT and even go as far as to say it's the greatest game ever

Haha, yea maybe. But personally that's where I stand about OOT. It's the greatest game ever made. In my opinion, of course.

Well it's going to have improved graphics and some changes. It is going to offer more than the Gamecube ports so I think it's alright to call it a remake

As long as we enjoy them that's all that matters :)
 
I think the Zelda games have really lost their appeal since the N64 games (with the exception of Wind Waker). I hope the new one on the Wii turns that around, though.

Now that Grind mentioned it, I have to say I dislike Farmville. It just gets so boring after a while. I stopped playing it after I had so much money that I could basically buy anything. Since then they have made some changes, but I don't feel like they warrant me playing it again.
 
I really tried getting into Zelda OoT several times. Bought it on each of the Wii's I've owned. Had it on my Gamecube. But it just got so dreadfully boring after the first hour. It felt like a chore to go through. I'm sad because a lot of people say it's a pretty good game, but it's just...bad to me. :-\
 
I never liked the old zelda's but i liked twilight princess on the wii. I think the new one has potential seeing as its not just a port

btw maybe someone should create a zelda love/hate topic?
