Whats wrong with my Tv?

I dont know what is happening, but my Tv is darker from its usualy settings. I tried making the settings back to default, the contrast and brightness, but I still get the same results. My Tv is about 5-7yrs old, could that be the problem?
 
I have a tv that is about 15 or so years old..........it does the same thing

occasionally i can jiggle the connections around enough so that they will work..do you use the RF modulator?
 
My friends tv has this weird shade of green on it. When ever he plays a video game the screen just turns greenish shades, but the wierd thing is when he is watching tv it is ok. Pretty messed up huh?

Sorry Royce I dont know an answer for you. Maybe its time to get a new one?
 
when does it happen? Is it constant or just when you play games? If it's constant then there might be something wrong with the tube.

Only happens when Im playing games, it did it once when I was watching Tv.
 
those are composite or aka RCA cables. Hm maybe it could be that your tv is old. Connect your system to another tv to see if it does the same thing. That way you'll be able to tell if it is your tv or your cables.
