Where did you get your username from??

Dr_Ackula is the first thing I ever used back in the 90's on IRC, so I just stuck with it. It is a refrence to Ed Wood, whom I am a huge fan of his movies. Dr. Acula was going to be an ongoing TV show featuring Bela Lugosi in the title role, it is a pun on the character name he always played for Universal Studios, Dracula. Dr. Acula was also the main villain in a later Ed Wood film, Night Of The Ghouls.

In the past 5-6 years I've just went by "Ackula", this is the last site I think I'm known by as Dr_Ackula, actually.
 
At the time i wasnt joining to be permanant and just went with what was in my head. If i could change it i would...but i dont know what to.
 
I got the nickname Frodo back in the day. And during one LAN at a friends house for some reason we just spouted out different variations of Frodo. Frodus came up and we for some reason google Frodus. We then discovered that there was a finish thrash band of the same name. Then we added Maximus to it for some reason later that night.
 
When I was really into guitars I fell in love with a humbucker called the Dimarzio X2N...Yea, no idea why I left the N out, but it is what it is :lol
 
I shall accept you for who you are.

And that is a humbucker.

So you shall now be called mister Smuckers.

Translates to cat in Swahili; I use it or some form of it as a username most places. My Xbox gamertag is "bucfanpaka"-- the first part as I am a huge Bucs fan. :lol

I dont think you can anymore. Looks like the option has been removed. Mega's been through his fair share of names, by the looks of it. You might want to ask him for a more concrete answer.
 
Try going into profile, then Account Related Settings. Then change the name. It works for me, but it may be just because I'm a mod. I thought it worked for all users though. Maybe not.

I'm surprised you remember that. :lol

It doesn't change your name in the chat room, by the way. Part of the reasons I changed it back.
