I'm on the fence between the PS3 and the 360.(360 has more rpg's,but no Blue Ray.Hmmmm)

God bless,
Kaz

I'm on the fence about 360 and PS3 as well lately. Sometimes I'm happy about what PS3 has and somedtimes I'm happy about what's on 360. However, PS3 has kept my attention going this summer than the 360.

I do not own any of the newer consoles, but if I was to buy one now it would be a 360. The PS3 is a very well built machine and its quality exceeds the 360 by a long shot, but simply put, 360 has more games I'd play. The Wii is also great quality, but it just does not have the games {yet}.

PS3 for a multitude of reasons...I'll only name a few...

1. When I buy something off the PSN, I buy it for an exact dollar amount (ex. $9.99 or $4.99) instead of buying points that always have a small amount left over with nothing to use them on.

2. Blu-Ray. I love my movies looking as pretty as they can. Plus Blu-Ray Discs can hold a lot more than standard DVD's that are used on the 360 and Wii.

3. The exclusives. MGS4, Ratchet and Clank Future, Killzone 2, Resistance 2, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword....and the list goes on and on.

Im undecided between the ps3 and the 360. If a game comes out on both consoles then i normaly would buy it on the 360 main reason is that most of my friends are on 360, it has ~as kaz says~ better rpgs i wish that the ps3 had more.

Tho lately i have to admit i have been on my ps3 a lot more, been addicted to killzone and wipeout, but the plus side of the ps3 is blu ray

Poor Wii :( It's lonely. I changed my vote to Wii. Even though I don't play it as much (well I don't really play the 360 much anymore even), I looked at my library for it, and all my VC and WiiWare for it, and I have to say that it is much more of what I would play than my 30 some games I have for the 360.

I can;t vote for any. In my opinion, each console has it's own unique traits that the others don't have. Like x-box's broad and excellent LIVE capabilities, the Ps3's ability to play Blu Ray DVD's, and the Wii's involving motion-sensor remote. There's just one for each. You can pick up on your own values for each console. As far as I'm concerned, the only two that are closest in similarity, are the Ps3 and 360'.

Im definitely more for the PS3 and I hate the Wii with burning passion (havent bought a game for it since Brawl released, and well I might end up breaking this 1.5yr drought by getting Tatsunoko vs Capcom when that comes out).

I guess:
1. PSN games are fun (Lumines Supernova, and PS1 Classics)
2. Although 360 normally gets the RPG's first, when they come for the PS3 they are greatly enhanced.
3. I cant find a reason to hate anygame.
4. I love my Sony exclusives (like Hot Shots Golf and Uncharted).

If I do get into Graduate School this year then I do plan to buy an Xbox 360 though.

I like PS3 because of the Bluray player and I like the way the controller feels in my hand. I also like the fact that it doesn't sound like it has a freggin jet engine inside of it when it's on.

Xbox 360

Xbox LIVE is unmatched in terms of quality.
Halo 3.
Gears of War.
Gears of War 2.
Crackdown.
Left 4 Dead.
Mass Effect.
Splinter Cell: Conviction.
Twitter and Facebook!

XBOX LIve is "unmatched" if you want to play with annoying people who leave nasty comments on your profile if you beat them, or quit in FIFA 2008 early, or play horrible music in the headsets.

Though its pricey too...I just hate people who leave nasty comments for no reason.

That's never happened to me... you must be insulting people who play horrible music in their headsets. :lol

@Fr0dus PC games are all on individual servers and such. As for supporting an entire platform, Xbox LIVE does quite well.
