The only Pokemon game we don't technically know about is Batonnage(Ranger 2) and there's nothing that would hint at Pokemon in the picture.

I thought I'd already explained that the red line was clearly added in post-scan, as you can tell from the extremely pixelated look and the fact that it's a red line going through a moon.
