hello everyone!i am going to buy a neo-geo system in the very near future,and wanted to know which system has the most available,and affordable games.i want a neo-geo system for the samurai shodown,and metal slug series mostly because they were my favorite games in my youth.which system is closest to the arcade games?i just registered today so if i sound like a complete noob about neo-geo things...its because I am.also if anyone has a neo-geo system for sale and good references then i might be interested.

yeah... the cd has the cheapest games... although the MVS is pretty cheap as well. AES is by far the most expensive.
I have a bunch of neo cd's at my shop:

but alas... I am out of systems for now.
Now, the CD has load times... whereas the MVS and AES doesn't. The CD also has VERY nice arranged tracks (on some games).... as well as it supports S-video out of the box (looks as good as the best modded neo aes).
The MVS.. you can get a consolized system to play on your tv instead of a cabinet.

what is the going rate for a mvs system,and what type of display do i need to play it without consolizing it?also when will you have a ngcd system for sale?

you know... I am not 100% sure on the MVS system info.... that does depend though, are you looking for a full upright arcade system.. or just a consolized mvs system
