who likes or has the classical pokemon blue?

U should never gave up pokemon blue because in a few years, the game will become a collectors item then be sold for a lot of money.
There are probably 10-15 million copies out there. I doubt it's gonna be a collector's item any time soon.

By the way guys, Gm's name is not dal, or dale, I know her real name but I'm not going to be stupid and put her real name. :)

Yeah, that's true. I think Red/Blue/Yellow were made before they came up with EVs, right?
No EV's, no IV's, no Natures, that tiny little bag, no shinies, and I think that's it.

Yeah, I know GM's name too. "Dal" was a nickname Boom came up with.

You know, as weird as it sounds, I would trade Diamond in for Red or Blue in a second. There's just something about those games that's so great, even compared with newer versions with more features.

...Effort Values =/= Eevee.

There are such things as EV's, they're used to calculate stat gains.

Did your mom tell you that?

My mom did the same thing

They've only sold over a million copies or so combined, so eventually it might be. But with GameBoy games hitting the VC, I can tell it'll take a lot longer than normal.

no,suprisingly, GM told me that! lol

Oh really? Then you have been decieved. If you want to get some money from a colectors item game, go look for Sonic Adventure Special Edition.

They've sold 20 million copies combined, actually, and, with Nintendo keeping consoles backwards compatible, and Gameboy games on the VC, I seriously doubt Blue or Red will be worth money any time soon.

Oh, whoops, no clue why I was thinking a measly one million.

I have it... got it a long time ago. Really... it's not a bad game.

If you get by the whole aspect of "I'm playing a kids game..." that many older people can't get over, it is a lot of fun. I put in a lot of time on this game during a blizzard (got 8+ inches of snow) when I was 1st in college.

I guess I can find fun in many titles. It was a little addicting as well... as much as I hate to admit it.

Hate to admit it? God, it is fun. The competitive aspect was insane back on the playgrounds when you had to use a cable.

That competitiveness kind of goes away, when all your friends cheat with gameshark, and you have to spend 100 hours level grinding, to avoid being completely owned. XD
