why does RE4 still say only for Nintendo?

^ topic?

Nintendo has not done that with other titles... and its not true... its going to be on the Ps2.

Well.. I guess its Capcom's fault as they make the packaging ..etc.... but its not a true statement.

I know...its nitpicky... but its also somewhat annoying and false advertising.

They can say that until it appears on another console, because until that time, it is only for Nintendo.

I remember Microsoft did it with Splinter Cell, and since then I've noticed it happening with numerous titles.

I think Capcom doesn't need to put that on the packaging...

What does it matter? ::) I swear people are making this into a much bigger issue than it needs to be.

The fact of the matter is that for almost a year, RE4 will be exclusive to Gamecube, and that's how they can justify using that label. Personally I don't see a problem with that.

If people don't want to enjoy an awesome game just because it's not exclusive anymore, that's their loss.

The packaging could of been made before Capcom's decision to go to the PS2. The same thing happened with Splinter Cell as mentioned above.

But yeah, seriously...does it matter?

I am stilll going to enjoy the game.... but it really does bother me when the package states that.  It doesn't mean I am not going to play it  ::)

its just annoying.

Its as if they are still trying to pass it off as unique and its not. I don't care about the hole issue before. I am past that.

see i agree with the first guy the one that started this whole "debate" but some of the other people made good points to see if some of the companys put just for nintindo but when it does come out for the ps2 it will say for both of them but im waiting for it to come out for both to see if the game play is differnt

Because it cost too much to make a reprint at the moment and probably won't be changed until it becomes a Player's Choice title? Since Nintendo is focusing on their other systems, this may take a while....
