Microsoft needs a really good JRPG to get Japan's attention, and that won't happen until Lost Oddysey or Blue Dragon comes out. After those hit, we'll see what happens.

Sakaguchi has made a grave error in deciding to have Mistwalker support 360.

It'll sell MAYBE a hundred thousand units. There will be no impact.
 
As Mai points out, Lost Odyssey and BLue Dragon are attracting lots of attention in Japan. After they showed Blue Dragon at the TGS, there were over 100,000 preorders placed.

Nothing short of a miracle will allow Microsoft to penetrate Japan. And Sakaguchi is not that miracle.

Give me a break. You're a few decades late to this party. The United States has fallen behind so severely in manufacturing and the quality of said goods, it's a joke.

You'll never trick me in to buying an American car, for example. Furthermore, even if you BUY an "American" system (Microsoft), it's still being made elsewhere, and you're likely talking to a Hindu when you call tech support.

Where's your patriotism now?

What? :lol So the Japanese take out their frustration on our video game systems because of what happened 60 years ago? Ok now that was funny.

I agree we should support american products but only if they are good products. American made cars have come a long way.

We made Japan the economic power house it is today. Not "supporting" us is insane. Japan is one of our best allies.

Exactly. Im sure there are some who don't like us because of that but they are not stupid. They have and will support us unless we somehow mess that up.
