I think it's kinda wierd. It's not really stupid but it's annoying how many freakin' jokes I hear about it. It makes me want to blow my brains out.

I like asking girls if they want to come over and play with my Wii. They almost always say yes. :lol

Well, it has definately suffered the redicule of the American public, and I personally would have rather left it as Revolution. But the theory behind the name and references to positive words in several languages was rather clever. And I am sure Nintendo was prepared for this kind of backlash when they announced the name. I'm assuming they did it way ahead of time so that people would adjust to it and, for some people, maybe start to grow on them.

As far as all the rediculous jokes (which are old and stale by now), I imagine they'll pass in time at least for the most part. But we could always talk about the other names. For example, how creative is Playstation 3? Or XBox 360? I mean, if you turn 360 degrees, you end up where you started, don't you?

A name's a name. I guess I've gotten over caring about it.

Well I play with my Wii alll...night...long.

wii kind of leaves off to imagination (wee). But is that what they wanted so people would remember the device, (and buy one!) Could be an elaborate marketing scheme

well funny story, my friend was in line for a Wii, and there was suppose to be 25, but some f@$!@t sold some. So there was only 16 and he was number 17. Also me and my xbox 360 have had some good nights thinking about Wii's ahahah
