meh, it will never happen. Naughty Dog is owned by Sony and Crysis is too demanding
It would be interesting, but it won't happen. Naughty Dog is one of Sony's second party companies, and Crysis, as Fr0dus said, is too demanding for a direct port. Maybe if they downgraded the graphics to make it less demanding, it could be important.
And if they do downgrade Crysis's graphics then it wont be all that great all Crysis has is its graphics

ok, the 360 can handle crysis's graphics
no it cant... look at the specs for the minimal requirements for Crysis then look at the processing power of the 360
that sucks, are we already making games that are out of reach for the next gen systems??? that's not good.
It's not uncommon. It usually only takes 2 or 3 years for PC games to start surpassing the capabilities of nex-gen systems, in terms of graphics.Sideshow116 said:

For example, in the case of Crysis, things like AI, and the large, free-roaming levels are made possible because of superior hardware, and, without these things, I can't think of much that would separate Crysis from the average shooter.

True, but my statement applies to more than just graphics. The PC gains an overall hardware advantage, over time, which has advantages outside of graphics, and that is what I was getting at with my post, although I only mentioned graphics, so I understand you talking specifically graphics.Strubes said:

Yeah, I was going to throw my two cents in and say that graphics-wise, they could just tone it down a notch to make it 360 ready. The problem is that Crysis employs an incredibly robust physics engine, which gives them the ability to have real time dynamic everything. Most gaming rigs are going to have a tough time running this game on minimum settings. It's not a game that was made because of the latest greatest technology now out there, it was a game that was made in spite of the existing technology.

Don't trust X-Play. They are really bad with reviews. Most reviewers have given Crysis great scores.
