Ha, unfortunately, Zelda's stuck. Fans whine for something new, complain when new things show up.
fhqwhgads said:*facepalm* Zelda will not be futuristic. Half of you are on something. Miyamoto made Zelda because it was his little fantasy during the periods where he would explore the woods(nature) around his house, not Tokyo City. Zelda is going to remain medieval, that's how it started, it's how it should be, it's how Miyamoto intended it.

No, not really. MM, OoT, WW, and Zelda are all playable on the Wii, and are much better. TP is down low on the Zelda suckage chart, right by FSA and Zelda II.Strubes said:I think when I get another Wii, I'm gonna try and play through TP again. I might as well, right?

ooook but why??? why do you think is such an average game?fhqwhgads said:It's an average game, compared to lots of games, it's good, but within the Zelda series, it's bad.
TP. Ugh. Too easy, too bland, too unoriginal, the dungeons were very linear, your hand was held the whole game, the 'moody' part of the game was just people wondering what was going on or not noticing at all, the wolf areas mostly sucked, you used the Small Keys in the same room you got them in, the ending was horribly anti-climatic and tacked on, they totally ruined Zant's potential, Midna was an annoying helper, you never used half the items after the dungeon you got them in, the bosses gave away their weaknesses, the game was less than half the length they made it out to be, everyone treated it as a godsend, and it was pretty much a shinier OoT. *catches breath*Zidart said:ooook but why??? why do you think is such an average game?

fhqwhgads said:The wolf never evolved his abilities at all, so it was pretty much the same thing in new areas, the dungeons were extremely linear, and had horrible bosses for the most part, Snowpeak Ruins has got to be the most godawful dungeon in the Zelda series, Midna had more character than Navi, but was a lot more annoying, you don't use the Iron Boots, Fishing Pole, Dominion Rod, Dual Clawshots(might be because that's in the last dungeon), Lantern, Bomblings, Spinner, Gale Boomerang, Slingshot, or Sol Powered Sword(could have used it for so much more). There's a few more, but those are out of my memory of the item ring. The items, yeah, a few were original, but those were the ones that never got used or were practical.
And they were saying 100 hours as in the main adventure.
Maybe if Hyrule Field really was 45 minutes long.
