as an Xbox 360 owner...my first Playsation 3 experience....

There are pros and cons to both systems, I certainly dont feel like one is better than the other. The playstation def. has a better feature-set, but the 360's library is just too expansive with too many great games to knock it. I'll end up with both by the end of 2008 so I dont mind at all.

i disagree

i believe the ps3 definitly has some solid titles, as does the 360s. but these two consoles both offer the same type of experience, so you only really need one. If you have a ps3 or xbox 360, along with a wii, you should be set for this generation

Hines is right, basically seeing as every game that comes out for one system comes out for the other one.

Being an owner of all three, I'm sorry to say, but I'll be selling my 360 probably shortly before Christmas. I like my PS3 better, and the Wii's a must-have for a sidekick system.

lol, I personally will just take all three. Having only two, you'll still be missing out on quite a few great exclusives, no matter which two consoles you have, which is why I'm gonna try to get a PS3 for my birthday next year.

you get $500 worth of stuff for your birthday?

you dont happen to have a spare bedroom, do you?
I'm getting the 40gig model, and praying for a price cut before next September, so hopefully my parents will be willing to buy a $350ish birthday gift. If not, I'll have to pitch in for part of it.

Definitly, but if Wii is the only console you own, you're not going to have a very good time.

WRONG XD i've been playing with my wii alone for one year

I'd be fine with just a Wii, since I got some more VC stuff, I've played several hours a day.

Of course, once Viva Pinata comes...

But it's not, remember. I got my 360 back in October, and I've rented several things for it, along with playing through the Halo campaign and trying to beat it on Legendary, and I got my new VC stuff a week ago.
