Buying a PS3.

again, if you honestly dont care for the games, then by all means buy something else. but dont hate it because its made by sony.
 
i always get half of the money for my consoles, but since my sister wants to buy a ps3 i guess i'll just help her with some work.

when i'm gonna buy a console i make it like this, i make a list of games that grab my attention, if the console has more than 6 games for this year, then i decide to buy it, if not then i'll wait. but normally i end up with just 2 consoles in each generation XD, but once i have a job i will buy 3 (i guess i'll have to wait for the next gen XD)

I don't dislike Sony. I do, however, dislike the PS3. Mostly because they're stupid to create something that's out of the price range of a big chunk of their target audience. Then there's the fact that there's a vast amount of games on the 360 which I prefer to the PS3's one game which I may like - MGS4.
 
Is it just standard now that all PS3 topics, be they a debate topic or not, become a topic as to why we all hate the PS3?

hines what is your list of mus-have for the ps3? could anyone else recomend me any title other than final fantasy, killzone and littlebigworld? (of course MGS4), im not very tuned to ps3 news so i just know about the popular titles

by the way mercenaries 2 (for ps3 or 360? i don't remember) the story is gonna take place in my country :lol. do me a favor and save some virtual venezuelans (or i think you have to kill them i don't know :lol)
 
HAZE, that's the one i was missing, XD , devil may cry 4 also grabs my attention, and of course resident evil 5

Who's Dr. Phil? Besides, this wasn't even aggresive until you interpreted it as such. I was just having some fun presenting my views in a "humurous" way. I used quote marks because, quite clearly, you thought the contrary. I'd also like to point out that Haze, DMC4 and Resi 5 are also making appearances on Microsoft's console. No need to be so mean, Jacky boy. Blunt remarks make baby Jesus cry.

uhhh...yes. Blue Dragon is pretty average too by the way, at least according to reviews.. Why are you talking about the 360 anyways?

people r complaining about the ps3 having a lack of good games

and think about it, how many does the 360 really have?
 
It has a lot. There's Bioshock, Oblivion, Gears of War, GRAW, Forza 2, Call of Duty 2, and 3, PGR 3, DoA 4, Viva Pinata, Crackdown, Dead Rising, Hitman: Blood Money, Saints Row, this month, it'll add PGR 4, and Halo 3, plus there are others, I'm sure that I hadn't listed. Now I'm gonna stop talking about the 360 because this is a PS3 thread.

I would recommend Warhawk too if you're looking for a good multiplayer game. Plus, its available to download from the Playstation store for just $40. Well worth it the way I see it.
 
warhawk looks like a very good game and is cheap, i played it in a friends house and i really recomend it to anyone who likes to kick the @$$ of people around the world.

i played the blue dragon demo... i loved it. the best review is your own by the way. if you love rpgs, i dont think you'll be dissappointed
