PS3 owners have it because it's getting games like MGS4, Ratchet and Clank, Heavenly Sword, God of War 3, Gran Turismo, Disgaea 3, and probably hundreds more that aren't announced yet. That is why, in a nut shell, the argument for not having good games is sad at best.
Samamir360 said:Not if it doesn't have good games. Those games may well be spread thin and far apart. Besides, my argument was that buying a system that has few desirable exclusives currently makes no sense. I'm yet to see why that isn't the case.
Strubes said:I can see this is like beating a dead horse...and you're a self-proclaimed Xbox extremist...so there's really no changing you're opinion. Chances are, you'd still hate the PS3 if it had an incredible lineup like it does for the future.

Dart said:Yes and no. It all depends on how you package the statement. If someone says, "The PS3 sucks because it doesn't have any games on it", they'd be wrong. The PS3, although it doesn't have many games, it clearly doesn't suck. And the statement is presented as fact, no matter how delusional. Now, it is agreeable to say, "I'm not buying the PS3 because it doesn't have any games I want." It's a neutral opinion and not presented as fact. And as such, it is a valid argument.
Mai Valentine said:I know you think the price is a tired argument, but honestly IMO if the PS3 was cheaper we wouldn't be having debates like this at all.
Strubes said:Xbox 360 elite = $450 now? Is $50 really that much extra? That is why I think the price isn't too valid of an argument.
Also, I agree with Mai and Dart. To say a system doesn't have any games is a bad argument...saying it doesn't have any games you want is something that can be thought of as an argument.
