Okay. I'm back to say that I have now played the so called "stinky gas station bathroom" games. And I must say that they are in my opinion very good.
Motorcross Mania 3 was a great game. I only did a single race and something called "battle Royalle" where you're on a dirt bike in an sectioned off area and all you do is attempt to beat five other riders off their bikes. The race was also fun. The track was in a forest setting. And you basically try to win the race at all costs by kicking, beating, clubbing or prodding your opponents off their bikes. And an added bonus, the track in certain sections is filled with tree-hugging protesters. And if you are a good shot, you can club them too. Oh, and when you fall off your bike, you can hear the sound of bones breaking. Nice touch!!
Power Drome is a pretty tough game. It's kind of set up like Wipeout. You're on some sort of craft, and you blow through the track at excessive speeds. The main difference between this game and Wipeout is the drivers are interactive. They trash talk when they are winning, and complain when they lose. Also, you can see your craft start to fall apart if you hit too many barriers.
Overall I am thinking now that these games were easily underpriced. And the only reason they can be deemed as "garbage" is because they weren't marketed like the powerhouse games for the PS2. Which in my opinion is sad.
