DS Original vs. DS Lite

BioShocker!
Other than it's compact size and *perhaps* sharper graphics, is there any real advantage of a DS Lite over a DS Original? Discuss.

There is really no difference, I just like how sleek the Lite looks... its worth the extra $10. Although I'm gonna sell mine
 
I don't like the DS Lite. It feels awkward in my hands and on top of that the D-pad isn't as responsive as the DS's (And all the buttons are small/don't have the "pop" when you press them).
 
The stores that I go to have both as the same price. Pricewise it seems that it would be wiser to just go ahead and get the Lite.

DS Lite is brighter (though no one doesnt play it on the highest setting!).
DS lLite is smaller which is great and um that is really the only advantage (aesthetically) and the GBA games stick out which isnt good.
 
i dont really care i like both of em im not big baby's who complain alot
 
Ds lite is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy *loops* better i got one and its easy to use once u get used to it and it has a much brighter screen original DS's suck
 
Oh yeah and White DS Lite cracks and warrenty doesnt cover it (about 20% of people are experiencing either cracks or chippage on the hinges and areas around there, from the hundreds of people I know0.

ya mine has a crack on the hinge i call and they say its not covered i got mad i was about to start yelling at the people
 
I love my DS Lite. I have not had any hinge problems, but I never even open it all the way. My husband thinks I am funny, cuz I only open it part way. Ha.
 
I only open mine part way too. Just seems easier for me.


Oh, and ten bucks says if my chunky DS and a DS Lite go into a room, my DS will be the one coming out, if ya know what I mean... ;)
