Even Wal-Mart is getting a really small allocation.
My manager told me today that as far as he knows we're only getting about 20 DSs at my store.
I'm hoping that's not the case but...I guess we'll see.
As for GameStop, I'm pretty sure we're only going to get enough to cover pre-orders, at least in the first shipment.
I think you'd be surprised at what the little retailers can do. Lets say the small retailers only sell 40 per shop... but over all of them (lets say there are only 100,000 small retailers in the country (we know there are MANY)... thats an extra 4,000,000 games. Collectively... that would compete with the bigger businesses.Jeepin4Him said:One would think if they singed up more smaller retailers they'd sell another 2-5% of whatever big game...perhaps not...I'm no economist![]()
its hard not to feel bad though... as I hate being the "small guy."Mai Valentine said:BV, don't feel so bad.

It kind of makes me wonder where Nintendo's allocation is going.
But anyway, I can't wait to get mine tomorrow.
