Famitsu declares the PS3 has the best game library ever!

It's a toss up between PS2 and PS3 for me. Though, since I have a backwards compatible PS3, I have the best of both worlds.

I think the Wii itself is a nice piece of hardware, as most Nintendo stuff is, I just wish it had more variety of games. Look at the Cube and N64, they both had quite a few excellent mature games. Why can't the Wii? It's not like a handful of good mature games would tarnish it's rep as a family friend console.
Mad World? No More Heroes?

All the Silent Hill and RE games?
And I could go on... It might not have as many, but it has a fair library of M games. And it has good T and E games as well.

RE games?

All on previous consoles with the exception of the rail shooters. The Wii needs more original Mature titles, not just rehashes. That's another thing that irks me, a lot of games are just ports from older systems with "waggle" tacked on. Screw that, I'll stick with my 360.

But that's great for people like me, who have only ever had 2 consoles. The Wii is my second.

lol
But in my defense, I get a lot of time on my friend's PS3, and I still think the wii has a better overall library. But that's just mii.

LoL...Well Creepin' summed it up with that last post about ports and what not. Most of those games I've already played. The gripe I have this gen is that Nintendo *knows* it does not need Mature games on its console to sell well. I kinda feel like they are saying, we don't need you, we sell good enough already to grandmas and soccer moms :-\

True. Unfortunately, their Mature games sell very poorly. Several developers have pledged to stop making Mature games for the Wii because of this.

Is it bad if the only PS3 game I have is one that's also available on the 360? Probably.

If we're going for quality over quantity, I'm going to say that the SNES is IMO the console with the best game library.

That's what Famitsu did.
