Final Fantasy X

I started my file on FFX over, since I had forgotten what I was doing in my original file.

I'm doing a lot better in this file. I think the biggest change was that I turned Kimarhi into a black mage this time. Last time I had him follow Rikku's sphere grid. I think it's better to have two black mages than two thieves. :)

Right now I'm in the Calm Lands.
 
If it hasn't been mentioned yet, I'd highly recommend playing without upgrading your sphere levels on the grid once you finish the game first way through. It provides a very challenging experience for those lookin for a bit more out of FF X. Then try catching all the monsters without any upgrades - it's hell.

Have you ever played it before? Man, just wait until 15-20 hours in... Prepare for your mind to be blown :D
 
1st time through. I played FF X-2 first but had no idea what was going on....barely. :lol So I just had to play this. And I am seriously enjoying myself. Nobuo Uematsu outdid himself with the music and I really like the spheres set up. Really awesome game so far, I'm loving it.

not that much if you use the tonberry leveling trick XD... been there done that
 
This is one of the only games I can ever remember putting over 200 hours into. I won't spoil it for GM, but I think you guys can figure out what part of the game took up a HUGE chunk of hours :)

was it the celestial weapons? because that was a lot for me xD

Well that was part of it,
but it was the battle arena that ate up so many hours!

Wow really?  That something that didn't really keep my interest. 

I was one of those people who just needed to finish the whole grid with every character :lol  I gave up on the celestial weapons...  Stupid lightning...

You'd get up to like 70 something..then get hit outta nowhere...stupid...stupid...stupid.

i did get that =D i am so proud of myself....
 
I got the 250 bolts and then some! The one I had trouble with was the butterfly game. ugh. But I loved the battle arena because some of the later bosses in it were *extremely* challenging and fun
 
Wow, I didn't do any of that stuff. :lol

I only got celestial weapons for Yuna, Auron, and Rikku.

The place I spent most of my time was in the

Omega ruins. I went there to powerlevel. It worked really well.
