Well, consider us intrigued. From the creators of Indigo Prophecy (aka Fahrenheit) comes Heavy Rain, an atmospheric new adventure exclusively for the PlayStation 3. This in-game footage, first unveiled at Leipzig's Games Convention, depicts our finely rendered female protagonist investigating a distinctly unsettling house. Be sure to keep watching until the stunning scene at the end, where she bursts out the door and screams to the heavens, "Gotcha, suckas!"

We're sure to learn much, much more as we draw closer to Heavy Rain's forecast 2009 release.

I just saw this in the new Game Informer. Wasn't this the game that was shown a few years back at E3 where a woman was giving an audition? I loved Indigo Prophecy so I will be keeping my eye on this one. Hope it isn't as short as Indigo was though...

I cant wait, i Hope playstation.blog does upload the trailer or puts it available on the PS Store.

But regardless, the game looks and sounds super hot!!! Im definitely going to hope to get it.

New details and impressions. One thing I like to point out, the game apparently has SHENMUE style gameplay at times.

I don't know if it's in the article...but I love how there's multiple ways to do everything, and how they ALL effect the outcome of the game. Also, there's more than one protagonist. If one gets caught by the serial killer, she'll wind up as one of his....toys. Then it'll cut out to another character, who either has to save the earlier one, or will see the earlier one as a stuffed doll or another one of his twisted fantasies.

I can not wait for this game. Even though it may be nontraditional in the type of story driven interactive game, it should definitely keep me hooked if they continue to deliver action packed scenes as the one previously revealed in that trailer.

I hope the information keeps coming!

Lets see it appears to be coming Q1 2010 they say. I like all of the trailers.

This is certainly the kind of game that gives one an excuse to grab a PS3. When my dad finally gets around to it, I'll be definatly suggesting this game to him, since he loves this kind of genre.

Anyway, with the stuff they said about this game, I wonder if it will be a late 2010 release.

I can't wait for this game to come out. I love just how quick on your feet you have to be, and how even though a character dies, the show still goes on. Very cool.

I was reading about Heavy Rain in a magazine, and it looks cool. I'm going to keep an eye on it.
